CADCA represents over 7,000 community coalitions that involve individuals from key sectors including schools, law enforcement, youth, parents, healthcare, media, and others. We have members in every U.S. state and territory and more than 28 countries around the world.

Every February, a select group of SAFE youth members and adult advisors participate in the CADCA National Leadership Forum, a national conference featuring workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities focused on substance misuse prevention. During the event, youth members have the opportunity to meet with elected officials to discuss the impact of youth substance use in their communities and advocate for policies that matter most to them while supporting healthy, drug-free lifestyles. 

These experiences empower our youth to develop leadership skills, amplify their voices, and bring valuable knowledge and prevention strategies back to strengthen our community.
